In my opinion this years CREOnline Convention was the best one yet. That was echoed by many of the convention veterens.
The speakers were great and we had the pleasure of rubbing elbows with Joe Kaiser and his wife Heidi. Super folks. I got to talk with Lonnie and Joanne Scruggs throughout the convention. Along with my old buds, Brian Powers, Hal, Jim Kennedy, Anne ND, Monique and Mitch , Ken SC., Dave D, Redline etc.
And there were plenty of new investors that I met, Michaela, I capitalized your name, but probably spelled it wrong and many many more interesting people. Curt SC youāre going to knock em dead.
The Vaughanās did another fantastic job of selecting the speakers and running the convention. Thankās Jeanne for your terrific work.
So I close by thanking you all for the time of my life. AGAIN. 361 days before the next one.

The convention kicked A-S-S ā¦ thatās all I have to say. The networking was awesome as always. Everyone is so friendly and willing to share. Itās really amazing to sit and chat with the heavy hitters until the wee hours.

I agreeā¦the convention was AWESOME! I was a sponge the whole weekend! This was my first convention, but definitely not my last. I also enjoyed getting to meet and talk with Brian, Monique, Jim (the ONLY guy from Delaware), Redline, āSection 8 Halā, and so many others. Iāve got a couple of great mentors here in SC (Ken & Curt) and I plan on throwing them some cash real soon! I aināt slowing down now, so look out!

This was my first convention, but definately not the last. As you said Phil, it was great, the entire convention and all the REI that were there were very informing and educational. It really is nice to be able to put a face on every one out there.

Agreed Phil. I miss everyone already. It was great to talk shop with you, Ken SC, Curt SC, Monique, Anne, Dave from Racine, Hal and of course Jim āYou Can Only Put 20% Down So Many Timesā Olsen as well as al the other great people I met.
The round tables were fantastic and I especially liked picking the brains of Joe Kaiser and Lisa Moren.
And how about Hal holding court for 5+ hours talking about Section 8!
