ALL C/S STUDENTS IN L.A. COUNTY–PLEASE READ - Posted by Ken
Posted by Ken on October 09, 1999 at 12:31:18:
I see that the message I had posted a week ago is gone, and maybe I broke some rules, and I apologize to CRE and all investors on this site (I had my phone number in the message).
I would like to work with any and ALL Carelton Sheets students (beginners and advanced) who have not yet accomplished all that they may have wanted to with his course. I KNOW HIS COURSE WORKS AND I PERSONALLY FEEL THAT IT IS THE BEST AROUND. But, regardless, I know that some have not been as successful because of lack of CREDIT, MONEY, OR FEAR!!!
It is time that we MASTERMIND todgether and help each other if we really believe that his course works, and I am a firm believer in the fact that it works when YOU will work it.
Let’s give him credit where it is due–being on TV with success stories for 15 years and if you notice the one difference between his and others–is that his success stories talk about the most import thing to us as investors–our NET WORTH AND CASH FLOW. I know other courses work and I have some of them, but it is his course that I feel suits me the best.
Are you a C/S student and want to work with and master mind with others (beginners and advanced). Then please respond here and I believe that all responses are e-mailed to me automatically.
Now maybe this time I did not break the rules because I don’t want anything to go wrong with this site–CRE is the best.
God bless you and successful investing to all of you.

Ken,
That is exactly what I would like to do… work with and mastermind with others that have studied the C/S course… I purchased the course about a year ago… and I believe in it’s integrity and useablility… However over the past year… I just haven’t been able yet to build up enough steam to really go for it… perhaps I’ve felt a little overwhelmed by fear or whatever… I hope that by keeping in contact with people that have a good positive attitude and outlook will help me overcome whatever fears preventing me from succeeding with the program… Thanks for your time.
Anthony

My name is Monica and I bought the C/S course last year. I live in St. Louis, MO. and I am having the hardest time putting what I learned in the course to work. I have the guts (I think) but I think my main fear is failure. I’m 99% ready but I don’t know when to jump.

I’ve just purchased the program after debating for the last 7 years. I just thought what do I have to lose.
Also, I’ve been in a dead end job for the last three years, my wife is pregnant with our fourth child and we’re in debt even though I’m working two jobs. Our life is miserable and I’m determine to make it somehow
However, don’t get me wrong, I’m not looking for a get rich scheme but it doesn’t hurt to try something you think might work.
Thank You For Listening,
GLENN HARRIS

I am not in LA county, but you described me perfectly in you message. I have had the course for about 4 yrs and have yet to buy my first property. Mostly because of fear. Any help via e-mail, or whatever means, would be very much appreciated. I believe in the course 100%. But like I said, out of fear, and lack of time and income (excuses I know), I haven’t acted on it in over 4 years. I am originally from San Diego, but I am temporarily in the San Francisco Bay Area. In about 1 1/2 years I will move back to San Diego.
Ken, please help me.
