The difference is that KISS guide tells how to implement and do bookkeeping for tax-savings strategies. One big example - Aiello tells you about component depreciation but doesn’t have a clean method of implementing it. John’s method was a lot easier than Aiello’s, and more than paid for the book.

Aiello has a lot more pure strategies. KISS is mechanics, but done very well.

I have Aiello’s Goldmine of Brillant Tax Strategies for Real Estate Investors. I would like to know how it compares to John’s KISS Guide. Is it similar?
