For someone to answer specifically they would need to know what state you live in, what is the price of the house and many other factors. Generally, the seller is better off than the buyer but there are problems.
Hi I’m thinking about selling on agreement for deed. Like to get some opinions on this. If anyone defaults is it hard to get back-is it the same as forclosure? As for taxes-can you homestead it when you have agreement for deed? Thanks Betty
