Ron LeGrand is the man you are after. If you don’t want to purchase a course then you can buy his book at amazon.com. It will go over his system for a small price. However, once you read the book or if you have the money now I would strongly recommmend that you buy his courses.

Hi all…
I am about halfway through Sheets’ course. While I think it is a great course for beginners, he does put alot of emphasis on renting properties out. I don’t think that I want to focus on that (though I may later on). Instead, I am more interested in flipping properties.
In looking at the courses that are “offered” here… I am not sure which one would be best for me. Can you all give some suggestions? Lonnie’s courses on MH seem interesting - mainly because it sounds like a market that has not been utilized by investors.
One final note – I do not have great credit (which is one of the reasons that I would like to start flippin’ properties, for the cash to pay off debt). If one of the programs that deals with flipping properties is “designed” for the “poor-credit” investor in mind; it would be a big plus.
