Yes, you have to evict. Don’t know the details of Texas law is, but most states start with a some kind of a 3-day notice. You need to check what the law is in Texas.

when a house goes to foreclosure in texas and is auctioned at the courthouse, when do the people have to vacate the property that was sold or taken back by the bank…if an individual buys it, records the deed, ect…do they have to write a letter, knock on the door or start eviction to remove the previous owners and how long does it take? if you have to evict, do you have to give a certain amount of time, or notice? what is the proceedure?..thank you,
