There is a new RV Resort opening in Jasper Florida, the “Florida Gatewat RV Resort”. they have it set up as a condiminium style park with each lot titled separately. The park is slated to open Late October, 2008, and will feature a clubhouse, pool, bike rentals and bike trails, mini golf. Most of the parks here are getting $25-35 / night. Individual lots will be offered at $59,900, but the owner wants to offer the first 20 at a discounted “Opening Price”. What do you think would be a good price to offer the initial 20 lots at?
