Is FLorida a state wehre affidavits can be used if the person has been dead long enough?
We were able to do that if the deathdate was more than
7 years before.
Have to meet with an heir tomorrow and cna’t reach an attorney before monday.,
thanks

Michaela,
I think all you have to do is watch out for the CHAD if I understand your question. Btw, you misspelled ‘wear’. Welcome back.

Howdy, KJ
Well, if I meet a Chad down here I’ll ask him how
it’s hanging - hardy har har ;-).
I hate it that I come across these situaitons where
I know exactly what to do in Georgia, but don’t yet
know the FLorida law.
I guess I’ll find out
Michaela
