I doubt he has thousands of satisfied customers but he does have tens of thousands of unsatisfied ones. He is pure scam.

I just received an offer for a new real estate partnering course by Tom Vu.
He says he is credited with having thousands of satisfied customers in the 1980’s and is returning bigger and better than ever after a brief retirement.
