Real Estate Investing Vacation Rentals

I am writing a Business Plan for my business. I plan on buying houses at a discounted price, repairing them and selling them using privately held notes and other forms of creative financing. I also want to hold some of the property to rent out as vacation rentals and some other things, flipping property etc.

Is there any words that I SHOULD/SHOULD NOT have in my business plan?
Any thoughts and suggestions are welcome

Hi, JessycaJ. Well, I think we are on the same investment plans. You’ve got a good idea. I also thought about a vacation rental business. The only problem I got now is the additional cash for improvements that’s why, my current plan is to apply for a loan to help me out.
