Depends on where you need to be. Virginia’s a big place. I presume Northern Virgina near D.C.? Also, depends on your price range and tolerance to driving. A 3-BR home inside “the beltway” in DC can easily cost $700-800k. You can buy the same home for 1/10th that amount in West Virginia if you don’t mind the drive.

Hello,

I’m going to be moving to Virginia in a couple of months time. I’m seeking for some help from investors who are familiar with the real estate market in the Virginia or DC area. Any advice on what locations to look out for? example: location with good capital growth, positive cashflow,locations with low vacancy rate and lastly lenders or brokers to contact there?
