I am a young, ambitious, college student interested in starting my own real estate business. Ideally, I would like to acquire properties in upcoming areas such as upper Manhattan, Williamsburg Brooklyn, and other areas in New York City. Unfortunately my credit is dismal. How do I acquire the capital neccessary to pursue this endeveaour? How do I buy property with no money down? All suggestions are greatly appreciated.
