Read DOW and look through these archives. Everything you need to get started is on this site in the archives and in DOW. You sound like you want the reward without the work. You have to put time in before you go out and buy a MH. Use this site as something to bounce ideas off of others, but stop wasting everyone’s time, when you are just not trying to find anything out yourself first. READ, READ, READ and then everyone on this site will be happy to answer any questions you have regarding potential deals. GOOD LUCK!!!

Hi again. Just gleened a potential ‘sweet’ deal, from the local weekly. Seems the party is ‘asking’ $4K for the unit. It sounds like it needs a little work. Read the postings on this site but, none of them seem to answer my question directly. any help appreciated. Thanks.

You say you have a question, but you didn’t ask one. If you’re asking if it’s a good deal, only you or someone with knowledge of your local market can determine that. Tell us where you are and maybe someone can help.
