If you need cash flow now or want to build up cash reserves at the beginning, buy-fix-sell. If you have no need of cash, buy and rent for a payday in a few years.

I am on the fence at this point on where to invest… What do you experianced investors out there think is a better way to go, holding a rental property for a year collecting a small monthly gain from a tennant and selling in a year ( my market sees average 15% return on investment per year ). Or buying fixing up and selling for fast profit. I am trying to make this short so I did not go into to much detail and bore everyone… Any advice from you all would be greatly appreciated…
