Actually, and depending on the campaign, that’s not
a lot of money to spend each month.
Most of the larger directories/engines have moved to
a “pay-per-click” model. You can target your exact
audience, buy top positions on Goto.com and get some
Goto.com feeds Lycos, AOL, Netscape, Alta Vista and
several other directories.
To be very competitive today, $500 per month is not a
lot to spend on SES/SEO.
