Is it a good idea address abandoned house letters of inquiry to a specific person, preferablly an decision maker, when it is discovered that junker house is own by a company?
I think it could decrease the chances that letter gets lost in the shuffle and gets to the right person. It could also backfire if that person feels it it in appropriate to address them directly.
Would the correct form look like this?:
ATTN: Joe Blo
President, Joe Blo Inc.
AnyTown, AnyCity 12345
