You may check out the city of Riverside proper too. And
Redlands and Highland in San Bernardino County. Maybe
Moreno Valley. I like those areas b/c they are closer
in.

I am looking to buy in Victorville and Adelanto. I like new homes in Adelanto but have lower income residence. How is the rental market there?
For 3/2 home, the rents seem to be around $900-1000.

Bruce Norris appraiser Rick Solis has bought like 40
houses up there and said they rent well. He says he
gets a lot of former homeowners that lost their house
to foreclosure. Good tenants b/c they won’t be buying
for a few years. He does granite tops and laminate
floors and says that attracts tenants fast.

2 property management co recommended Victorville over Adelantor due to desirability.
I am also looking at Perris, Hemet and nearbys. My price range is low from 120K and less as I want to get good GRM of 5-6. So high desert looks better than inland at the moment but they won’t appreciate much in the future. My thinking is to pay them off asap in 5 years and get cash flow for retirement.
