There is no requirement that you use anything other than your home address. Some states may not allow the use of a P.O. Box if it is a resident agent situation. I prefer not to use my home address anymore given all the problems with people stealing mail and misusing your identity. As well, if your home address is on the public record for the LLC that may not provide the privacy you want. In such cases a Mailbox Etc. or resident agent service may be for you. Garrett
