you must execute an assignment agreement which assigns your rights under the Purchase Agreement to the retailer, and deposit it w/ escrow or however closing are handled in your area.

We are using an assignment of contract instrument to flip a house to a retailer. Must this instrument be listed on the Purchase Agreement as an addendum to the contract even if this Purchase Agreement states that its assignable?
