Just make sure she is the one that is submitting all of the offers. Dont make any phone calls to other agents with properties listed.
If you do the searching and she makes the phone calls and takes care of all the paperwork involved I dont see any harm in that.

My auntis a licensed realtor in NY. She completed everything recently and has never set up shop. She has given me her log on to look for junkers being she doesn’t really have the time. Any offers I put in would be through her. Can I get her in trouble by doing my own searches and leg work. Really, I’m doing everything for her, she will only be submitting my lowballs?
