If she gave you a quit claim deed, you are sole owner, right? If this is not a community property state you own (have title to) the house. So your new refi mortgage pays off the old one and her last link to the property is gone. I don’t recall signing any documents when I paid off my last mortgage in full. It is possible you need her signature for something. You are probably so emotionally distraught that you won’t be able pay any more of her debts until this signature thing is taken care of. You so emotionally devastated you can’t even sign your name any more. Honest people never learn how to jack people up, they just get used to other people sticking it to them.
Good Luck

my question is I am getting a divorce and before this happened my exwife to be quick deed the home to me and we are also in Ch13. But I am trying to get out of ch 13 by refinancing the home but her name is still on the old mortgage. By us getting a divorce and her being angry how do I take legal action to get her to sign off on the mortgage so I can refinance the home in my name only even though I am paying for some of her debt in ch 13 also. Or are there any legal action that can take place
