Foreclosed on a tax lien in Arizona-have property legally in my name. Surprise! structure contains significant personal property. Has it been abandoned? May I dispose of it?
No one lives in property, utilities were disconnected for non payment, electricty 11/06, sewer 2003.
Property was a vacation home for prior owner.

There are rules in AZ on the disposal of personal property. It includes the moving of the property into a storage unit for a period of time and advertising for the owner to come and collect. If you follow them, you will not likely get into any trouble when you donate it.
