Good legal questions to put to your lawyer and far more valuable to you than anonymous answers on a public Q & A Board.
Since you were willing to put more than $12,000 into an already heavily liened property, another few bucks to the lawyer might be very helpful.

I have a lake lot in Coffee City Texas out by lake Palestine. My brother abandoned his dw/mh on my property and I was making a deal to purchase the home. Vanderbilt decided that they wanted the home back after we paid a little ove $9000 on the home plus $3000 on upgrades like a carpurt and porches. Anyway, my question is, since they told me to vacate the house and it is still on my property can I put a lien or judgment against it for that home taking up space on my land ? And can the company tell me to stay off my own property as long as I do not touch the home, because the land is mine.
