Has anyone heard of Bill Vaughn? He’s the purported author of “A Simple Man’s Guide to Real Estate”
The cost of the course is reasonable and they provide free mentoring for a year when you order the program/

I purchased the Bill Vaughn materials and mentoring program a about 2 months ago. The materials are good but the mentoring is aweful. I paid to work directly with Bill Vaughn and he has not responed to any of my e-mails in over one month.

Yep, I bought his course a few years ago. The course did contain good

I beg to differ - I have dated copies of all responses I made to Crystal, and EVERY email sent was responded to. It may be that Crystal has filters set on her email that sends my responses to a delete or other trash file. I think Crystal needs to check that out.

I’m a homeowner looking to figure the real estate game. I just listened to Carlton Cd’s and read Montelongo’s book on flipping houses. Never heard of this guy before but I try to read lots of info real estate because I still believe although risky sometimes, it’s the best vehicle for creating a foundation for lasting wealth. Have you ever assigned a contract for profit?
