I bought his course years ago and have emailed him for mentoring help many times and Bill was always helpful and responsive. I think the course contains some concepts that are complex for a beginner and doesn’t completely walk you through the process. I’ve read it many, many times and think it has merit and the mentoring is real. I have other courses that spring me to action more effectively than this one had.
Yes, I purchased the course some time back. It is an extremely good ‘basic’ RE Investing Coures. Much of the info is similiar to CS’s course.
The price should be accommodating.
