Each speaker talks and teaches for about 2 and a half hours. Only the last ten minutes or so are when they talk about their courses. JP runs a tight ship at the Convention and does not allow anymore than that to push the courses.
Also in the 7 Conventions I’ve been to I have never seen speakers push their courses at the round tables.
This CREOnline Convention is full of useful information for the newbie and the experienced investor. I wouldn’t miss it for the world.
This question is for people who have attended CREOnline conventions in the past.
I’m pretty new to this but I’ve heard of most of the presenters at the convention and would love to hear them speak. However, in an old posting someone said that they use the convention as a way of promoting their courses.
My question is this: how much of the presentations (I think there are ten of them?) is spent listening to the presenters talk about how great their courses are?
Do they actually spend their two hours TEACHING us what’s in their courses or do they just give us a little information to whet our appetites so we’ll go buy the courses?
I went to my first convention last year and I’m going again this year. I believe the “rule” (or request?) by JP & Terry is the last 10 minutes of the Guru’s time may be pure sales pitch. Most of them do put out great info and stick to the guidlines. A few might stretch that 10 minutes. I personally don’t mind the pitch. The info put out is well worth it…and I’ll probably buy at least one course during the weekend.
You will get great info from the presenters but you will also get great info from all the other attendees. This is the best part of the deal.
