Hi I was told by an investor that as long as a Tenant/buyer Lease a house on a Lease Purchase for at least 12 months that it doesn’t matter what their credit is like. They will be able to be approved for financing for at least 80% to 90% of the appraised value of the house. Call me with some answers anybody at 318-791-9550. Thanks Ahead.
