If I start doing the no money down program, it seems that perfect credit is needed. Mine is not so good, but I was wondering what a few thousand dollars might accomplish. As a follow up question: I live in Oklahoma and most homes are of the mobile sort (trailer homes). Most people here still live in their trailer homes even after they have bought property.
