You don’t necessarily need perfect credit either.
In your case, have a look at the Mobile Home board. It is possible to make good money on Mobile Homes in Oklahoma starting with a few thousand dollars.

If I start doing the no money down program, it seems that perfect credit is needed. Mine is not so good, but I was wondering what a few thousand dollars might accomplish. As a follow up question: I live in Oklahoma and most homes are of the mobile sort (trailer homes). Most people here still live in their trailer homes even after they have bought property. I’m wondering if making property acquisition should be seperated from any home buying first. Any help?
