If I were you I would jump on it. We paid several dollars for a video and book, plus 5,000 to get into the creative realestate. I know this is going to go good for us. We recently purchased so cannot tell you any details at this time. Let me know if you purchase his materials and if they work for you. Nancy

Excellent!! I have his book entitled “A Fortune At Your Feet.” I also subscribe to his Creative Real Estate Magazine and Tape of the Month Club. He provides alot of practical information. By the way I’ve heard that he’s the one who coined the phrase “Creative Real Estate.”
