Please tell me if the A.D. Kessler course is successful for real estate investment. I’ve received information in the mail and I am very curious to know if it is worth sending for. Thanks

I am considering investing in the AD Kessler course. I want to make a decision by tomorrow (Wed. 6-25-03). Any comments on the course and what to ask, etc…
I’ll take any information I can get.
Thanks,

I met him in LA in September 2000. His book “A Fortune At Your Feet” is exceptional with good advice and creative ideas.
AD Kessler’s Creative Real Estate Magazine is 40 pages long and includes articles by ten CRE gurus each month. It costs $72 for 24 issues but can be found for a discount of $60. I highly recommend the magazine and the book.
His mentoring program does not leave room for failure. It costs over $5,000. Too expensive.
Continue to search CRE-online for their listed gurus. I got my start with CRE-online. They always post new articles and success stories frequently.
Good luck on your investing.

AD Kessler ripped me off too. Who does this guy and his co-horts think he is. I was instructed to chargeback on my credit card & call the Attorney general by my lawyer and I got my money back! If you have been scamed by this guy I recomend you do the same thing!

My husband and a friend recently purchased their first “flipper” property. He wants to do more, and thought the AD Kessler mentoring course would be a good idea to avoid making mistakes “the hard way.” They offered us a $2000 program. Is there anyone who has taken this course with success? Please let us know before we invest.

I ORDERED THE AD KESSLER COURSE AND CANCELLED WITHIN THE 3 DAY TIME PERIOD. I RECEIVED A CALL FROM ONE OF THEIR PEOPLE A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER WHO WAS USING REAL STRONG ARM TACTICS AND WAS VERY NASTY BECAUSE I WASN’T GOING TO HAVE THE TIME TO SPEND ON THE COURSE (SOMETHING CAME UP WHERE I WOULD NOT HAVE THE TIME). TO DATE THEY STILL HAVE NOT REVERSED THE CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD. HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD A SIMILAR PROBLEM WITH THIS OUTFIT AND HOW WAS IT RESOLVED?

I would say A.D. is one of the best because I believe in his philosophy that people come first then property. Money will fall in place. This site has all the best so why go anywhere else?

I tried to find an address for him about the “free” book - to ask him why it isn’t free. I don’t know about anyone else, but $6.95 for s&h adds up to $1 postage and $5.95 for the book. Unfortunately, his website is down for revamping or something. What ever happened to a person’s word meaning something?

I took the AD course and spent $2500. They primarily teach you lease-option deals. They also cover land reservation deals and other unconventional tactics. I?m not to very impressed with the ?mentoring? program. After 5 weeks of training, I have had quite a bit of trouble getting assistance from them. They were supposed to help me until I doubled my money but no luck with that. I hate to give negative press but they have ignored my emails and faxes which is unprofessional. I thought I was getting more for my money. Whenever I call the resource line, I get a busy signal or a machine. Not happy at all. It seems to me that as long as they got their money, then they are happy. So much for the ?peopletype? they profess. I will take the techniques I?ve learned and apply them without their help if I must. No matter what, I will succeed in spite of them. My advice, save your money and go to CREONLINE.com, where there are many good articles about Real Estate Investing. Also, if you can find a local REI association or club, join and learn from actual investors.
