AFAIK that ONLY applies to contracts where the sales person comes to YOUR house, such as aluminmum siding, that kind of stuff. There might be a RE clause to that in MO, but I’ve never heard of it.
In Missouri, does a buyer have 72 hours to change their mind after an offer has been accepted. I was under the impression that any contract can be rescinded in that period.

The Federal Truth in Lending Act gives the right to rescind to refinance transactions, not purchase transactions. I do not believe that Missouri has any special laws on rescission that differ from the federal law.
