I am looking for a mortgage company that can do 60% LTV on an owner occupied house turned four bed and breakfast. The owner has Schedule E of verifyable income for the last 3 years. Had the property appraised a year ago for refinancing purposes and it appraised for $940,000. There is a niche market for this business in my area and we would like to do the same thing. The owner agreed to hold a second mortgage. Current mortgage balance is $580,000.
