Stan,

Ease up! And take some English grammar courses, please! Where’d you go to school? Ozark Alternative Tech?

55 and over parks - Posted by Stan

Posted by Stan on January 08, 2003 at 12:50:47:

Little background I live here in Sacramento CA I am in my mid 20, ordered and read “DOW” started driving around parks looking for the homes and pricing them to see what the market is like, talking to sellers, talking to managers asking them what need’s to be done to be qualified in the parks.
Back to my Questions. How would I approach the park manager on what I want to do in the park (Loonie Deals) in parks that are 55 & over and what would I tell them? Or would I be better off to sticking to family Parks?
Any ideas would be appreciated

Thanks
Stan

Hi Stan,

Here’s a post that I ran across that may help you out. It does not directly address the adult parks, but give you something to start with.

Oh, I’m a newbie take my advice with a grain of salt.

It’s not “Loonie”, it’s “Lonnie”! And I recommend sticking to pizza delivery.
