1967 mobile home 1b/ 1b in good condition inside and out.The guy will take $500 for it,but here is the problem, its in a very seedy park in a bad part of town. There are a few other ones for sale in the park for around $1500 cash and no takers. The rest of the park is full.Would you do this deal? I have to let the seller know by tonight.lot rent is average for the area $248…Thanks in advance for your advice.

Make sure you check with the park first to make sure the MH can stay and that the lot rents are current. You don’t want to hand over $500 just to find out later that you have to pay up any past due lot rents or have to remove the MH from the park.

I would buy it, sell for $1000.00 ($500 cheaper than others in the park), get $500 down (your now in it for zero) and finance the remaining $500 for 5 months @ $100 each. Your buyer will love the zero interest and you will have make a quick $500.
