You’re not a total loss yet. Two questions. What percent of the total LTV does the $60K equity represent? Is part of your 480 score attributed to mortgage-lates? If so, how many? Otherwise, I’ve got a guy you may wish to talk to regarding credit repair who may be able to bump that score up to where you can do a loan. Feel free to e-mail me.
