I am a broker that has a client looking to purchase a 44 unit building in florida. He wants to put 10% dn (90ltv). PP is $2.6M. 645 fico Investment. He is on SSI. Any lender you can recommend that will do this ?

A loan on a 44 unit building will normally be underwritten based on cash flow and debt coverage ratio, not the principal’s credit.
What do those numbers look like?
