Is it unusual to have a seller split the cost of title insurance with us?

If I have a house that I took {Subject To} from a seller and I had just purchased Title Insurance and then turn around and sell to my buyer with an agreement for deed, a week later, when would my buyer get their title insurance? or would they need it at this time? If not…When do they get their title insurance?
