Usually not.
I guess it depends on state law. The 3 day is established to protect consumers from high pressure salesman coming to your home. It is also on mortgage refi’s. Not on purchases.

If I have signed an agreement to purchase a piece of commercial property and have second thoughts, do I have three days to back out of it?

Were there any contract contingencies that will allow you to back out e.g. financing or a 30-day inspection period? You can often rely on these to terminate a contract if the contingencies aren’t resolved within a set time period. And, unless you’ve agreed that the money “goes hard”, then you should also be able to get any contract deposit back upon valid contract cancellation.
