I have a small (360 sqft)condotel (condo in a hotel) on south beach that I would like to take 30k of equity out from. My current mortgage is a owner financed 56k mortgage. The value is about 130k-150k. My credit is between 630-650 fico. I do vacation rentals in South Beach so my income is not steady. Problem is most mortgage companies don’t finance condotels or small condos. I don’t want to replace my current mortgage. I plan on paying off this loan in less than a year. Let me know if anyone can help.
