2 questions for Joe Kaiser - Posted by FrankIL

A beginners course from Joe will contain many things the “non-beginners” did not learn when they were beginners.

I for one will be looking for it to become available. I know Joe well enough to know it’s probably going to contain a nice dose of reality.

If you are into no fluff honest to goodness the way it is information, Joe’s an author you must have on your bookcase.

Waiting (not so) patiently,

Joe, when’s the website coming back up? It’s been almost a year and I enjoyed the discussion groups and reading about your latest deal. Here’s my vote to bring it back soon.

Also, your newbie course that you’re putting together - when do you think it will be released?

Frank,

I am a full time investor so the website and course development are not my primary concerns . . . although I am working away on the beginner’s course as we speak. It will be available this summer, for sure.

Website . . . that’s another matter altogether. I will likely have it up again, but won’t until I can figure out a very good reason for doing so.

Joe
