I bought a condo for 160k, and am selling for 230k. Can I do a 1031 exchange and use the profits to purchase a another condo for 200k and some land for 100k? Or will that not work for 1031 b/c I didnt not purchase a like kind property for more than 230k? thanks for your assistance.
