Do you know the financials on the trailer park? annual income and expenses along with taxes for the past two years. Is it a park like KOA where they come and go or is it an RV park where the people live? I’d have to know more. What state are you in? Let me know,

I’m purchasing a Trailor Park with some apt. on the land. The owner is willing to carry back 20% for me but I’m looking for a lender that would carry the rest of the loan. Does anybody know if this is possible or not. My FICO is a 620 and my wifes is a 667. If anyone can help I’m lookine for $350,000 for purchase price.
