Best way to find deals for the buck is bandit signs. Hands down.
Best script to use is no script at all. Ask about their situation to find out what you are dealing with. Ask about the house to find out if there is equity to be had.

I am just looking to wholesale flip right now,and I don’t want to use a real estate agent until I incorporate so that I look more professional. I am also not spending any money on advertising until my business can support that. I got a list of condemned properties from city hall and contacted everybody I found and now I am out of prospects and money and no deal! I need to conserve as much as possible but I need a deal as soon as possible. What is the best way to hustle for deals? What is the best script to use?

I get the best deals from Yellow Pages. Also, from other investors.
