I did over 25 personal deals before I was licensed and before I turned 28 years old. All in my personal portfolio. EVERY one I bought at a discount and/or using no money down.

My interest in REI started at 23, over twenty years ago. I was mentored by two successful investors who taught me so many valuable and (still) true lessons to invest by. They mostly taught sandwich lease options and wholesaling. In 2005 I became licensed and have helped dozens of people realize dreams of buying and selling real estate while always being open to investing or consulting on design. I went to the University of Colorado and majored in Journalism (advertising) and Fine Arts (design).

After years of success in real estate, I’m looking to mentor and help others as well as for passive investments.

I practice yoga daily and enjoy dancing, rollerblading, snowboarding, Pilates and swimming in addition to mothering twins and hanging with my husband and kitty - who we find wildly entertaining!
