I started by RE investing journey in 1983 with a book, Nothing Down. I was working in Silicon Valley back then. I continued to work in tech and to invest.

Sometime in the late 1990s or early 2000s, I found this site. I got to know Terry and a few of the other thought leaders on CREOnline at that time.

These days I have property from Hawaii to London. Lots of gaps - it just sounds cool. I am a buy and hold investor.
