Further reading about the new quicken product revealed some additional information:Quicken Rental Property Manager is a standalone product designed specifically to support the unique needs of rental property owners and at this point does not integrate with Quicken personal finance or TurboTax software.

I just completed my first successful year of investing. What’s the best way to organize the p/l for my S Corp for tax purposes? Only purchased 4 properties so it’s low volume. My guess is that Quicken or Microsoft Money should suffice.
