Lonnie: I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for getting us focused. But…it was a long road getting here. About a year ago we were introduced to the American Cash Flow Association and my husband attended a seminar. That began a long road of trying to investigate and decide what income stream we wanted to be in. After investing some $13,000 in getting set up and attempting to make things work, then investing another $6,500 in a mentoring program, we were told about CRE-Online. In reading the articles we literally stumbled onto the Mobile Home articles. After reading your two books, we are psyched up!! We are going out to look at some mobile homes and get started. I could go further but you get the idea. We are 56 years old and starting on a new career. Hello comfortable retirement… and payment of that huge debt! We liken it to going back to college. Although having the debt scares us, the education has been worth it. Thanks for changing our minds about those ugly old mobile homes. Many years ago I used to live in one and I hated it. Now I look at things quite differently.
