Would this type transaction work with
—Seller—Investor—Retail Buyer
- Execute Purchase and Sales Contract or Option with Seller
- Sign Buyer’s Name as a Trust Name on contract
- Find my retail Buyer
- Then assign beneficial interest of Trust to my Buyer
- Make agreementor wording in assignment that I get paid $XXX consideration for the assignement of beneficial interest to my Buyer
- My Buyer gets new loan to purchase property
- Seller and I get paid at closing from the proceeds
