Has anyone come across a park that only wants to work with you, not your
buyers?
I’ve come across one where the owner just wants me to collect the lot rent from
the tenants with my payment, then pay the park the lot rent. I told the owner
that usually the buyers pay the lot rent and if they don’t pay, then I’ll be
responsible for it. That’s how I’ve set it up with the other parks I work with. The
deals are set up on a lease to own.
