Work with 1 agent or broker and get maybe 1 deal.
Work with 50 agents and get a shot at a lot of deals.
If youre looking to a commissioned sales person to plop a big profit in your lap good luck. The sharper the agent the less likely hes knowingly
going to hand you a bunch of money. He`ll do the deal
himself.
